When we just arrived in Sevilla, we were told that we must try tapas.
"What is tapa?" I asked. Tapa means small portion of all sorts of, various dishes.
Oh, so it’s like Dim-sum, Hong Kong style, except, not with tea, but with wine.
Good time in the dinner / bar! (Pati, me, and house mom, Trudi)
Shrimps sold in the US are mostly peeled so most Americans haven't seen one with head on and don't know how to eat (or peel) it. Haha!

Spanish desserts are somewhat similar to Taiwanese ones. I like them better than American ones because they are not as sugary – American desserts are usually way too sweet for me.
* I bought these for after dinner.
* These were Portuguese desserts.
* Street vendor, business looking good!
* The croissant looked just like a crab
* Ice cream is always hot! The shop was just across street from our apt. The later it got, the more customers it attracted.
(The one on the right who reached out her hand was Pati.)
I’d like to conclude with the HAM sold in grocery store. I also saw them hung in the bar . . . I couldn’t figure out why bar though. And they smelled.
How to cook it? I have no clue, either.
